Before we can build a fitness strategy tailored to you, we need to discuss your goals and understand your current condition. We ask about past experiences and injuries, we review your mobility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, joint range-of-motion and biomechanics (how you move). As needed, we consult with our in-house physical therapy staff to identify additional personal needs.

Body fat assessments are an optional part of our intake process. Clients may feel judged by this testing, and the value of the data can be relatively low for us. Our approach takes a broader view on fitness of the body and mind, looking at energy levels, self-confidence, emotional fluctuations and more.

We focus on the full person, not just muscle groups, because we believe fitness isn’t only about looking better — it’s about committing to a healthy body and mind.

We are not a membership gym. To provide the highest quality training, Core Fitness welcomes clients by appointment only with a dedicated personal trainer. Clients can purchase training sessions in packages from 4 to 16 one-hour training sessions.

Because all sessions are scheduled with a dedicated personal trainer, we offer a uniquely private atmosphere to focus on maximizing your results. The facility will usually have no more than 8 clients training at once. Unscheduled workouts are not permitted.

During your initial assessment, a trainer is assigned to you. Your trainer is available to answer any questions you may have, and you are welcome to text or call your trainer at your convenience. For best results, we encourage our trainers and clients to stay in regular communication.

Our team recommends one or two training sessions a week when getting started. However, a higher or lower frequency may be appropriate for your goals.

When you first arrive at Core Fitness, your dedicated trainer will provide a personalized assessment. Together we discuss your goals and how best to achieve them.

We focus on building custom fitness programs with a highly supportive trainer-client relationship at its core.

We offer a free, private parking area to our clients. Parking is located directly behind our gym within the same building. Our parking is assigned to gym members & staff only for your convenience.

A training session is typically one hour.

Our team of highly-trained professionals have spent years studying the science behind fitness, nutrition and weight loss. We know that any diet can be complex, and we can help guide a sustainable weight-loss plan or refer to a professional nutritionist.
